Returns

Upon receipt of the order, it is very important that both the packaging and the merchandise arrive at their destination in good condition. If any incident is observed, the company that has carried out the transport must be notified, claiming the damage to the product and notify it toFunRecycled Bags SL (hereinafter WeHygge) within a period of24 hours from the receipt of the order. Hygge Recycled Bags SL cannot be held responsible for such damages if the aforementioned requirements have not been met.

Return types:

  • By dismissal:

Products may be returned within a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The right to reject customized or personalized products according to customer specifications will not apply, in which case the amount paid will not be refunded.

The costs of returning the product will be paid by the buyer.

  • By WeHygge error

In the event of receiving a wrong product, the buyer has 48 hours from receipt of the order to report the incident to WeHygge. In this case, the return shipping costs of the wrong product and the new delivery of the correct one will be borne by WeHygge, at no cost to the buyer.

  • For defective product:

In the event of receiving a defective product, the buyer has 48 hours from receipt of the order to report the incident to WeHygge. In this case, the return shipping costs of the defective product and the new delivery of the correct one will be borne by WeHygge, at no cost to the buyer.

Return procedure

You can return any product within the period determined from receipt of the order by contacting us, as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

WeHygge cannot be held liable for such damages if the aforementioned requirements have not been met.

Any return that has not been communicated and accepted by WeHygge will not be accepted.

WeHygge will tell you how to proceed in each case, providing an authorization number. No returns will be accepted without the authorization number.

The item to be returned must be in its original packaging. WeHygge will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item that is being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses.

Once the product has been checked, the acceptance of the return will be communicated by email, as well as the replacement of the product or the amount of the payment as appropriate.

For the corresponding payment, a transfer will be made to the account number indicated by the client. If the order has been paid by credit card, the refund will be made directly to your card. The payments will be made within 7 days after the acceptance of the return by WeHygge. However, in the case of a credit card, the crediting date to the account in which the purchase was made depends on the customer's bank.

WeHygge will not be responsible for the costs and expenses incurred by the customer for those product returns that occur without following the established procedure.

Applicable legislation

To resolve any question that may arise about the interpretation, application and compliance with them, Hygge Bags Recycled SL is subject to the applicable legislation in Spain.
