Shipment, delivery and returns

Requests

Orders will be shipped based on available stock. In the event that any of the items does not have stock, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, indicating the expected delivery time.

In the event that the buyer does not continue to be interested in acquiring these items, they may request a refund of the amount thereof and the amount will be paid within a maximum period of 7 days, with the exception of personalized or custom items, in which In this case, the amount paid will not be returned.

During the purchase process, the buyer must correctly fill in all the information required (tax, contact, billing, delivery, etc.).

To make it easier for the buyer to follow up on his order, he will receive at least three e-mails:

  • Order confirmation

This email tells you that your order has been received by WeHygge. If the buyer detects an error, he must communicate it as soon as possible specifying the order number to hello@wehygge.com

  • Shipping confirmation:

In this email you are informed that the order has been dispatched through our transport company.

  • Delivery of your order

In this email you are informed that the transport company has notified us of the delivery of the order to its recipient.

Delivery times and shipping costs

  • Spain and Portugal:

The delivery time of our products 48h / 72h (business days) from the confirmation of payment. In the case of personalized or made-to-measure products, delivery times will be indicated to the buyer at the time of ordering.

The shipping cost will be free for purchases over € 50 according to the current offer, if any. The usual shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the order, subject to a fee. In the formalization of the order, the cost of the shipment will be informed.

For the province of Barcelona, there is the possibility of picking up at our offices at no cost.

  • Community Europe and UK.

The delivery time for our products will be 2 to 6 business days from the confirmation of payment. In the case of personalized or made-to-measure products, delivery times will be indicated to the buyer at the time of ordering.

The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the order, subject to a fee. In the formalization of the order, the cost of the shipment will be informed.
